Role Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of global marketing campaigns and field events. This is a highly operational, execution-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, cross-functional coordination, and delivering high-quality programs at scale.
You will play a critical role in bringing campaigns and events to life, working across vendors, systems, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Support the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and field channels
- Build and launch landing pages, emails, and workflows using marketing automation tools
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization
Events & Field Marketing
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events (webinars, conferences, executive dinners, roadshows)
- Manage logistics, including venues, travel, shipping, and on-site coordination
- Own event timelines, budgets, and deliverables in partnership with regional teams
Vendor Management & Procurement
- Source and manage vendors for events, swag, and marketing materials
- Handle procurement processes, contracts, and purchase orders
- Ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery from all vendors
Marketing Operations
- Upload and manage lead lists post-events and campaigns in CRM and marketing platforms
- Maintain data accuracy, segmentation, and campaign attribution
- Support lead routing and basic workflow management
Content & Asset Coordination
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collateral and branded materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaign and event deliverables
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, RingCentral, and Google Workspace
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating events and managing vendors end-to-end
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
