Als Senior Content & Social Media Manager:in verantwortest du unseren redaktionellen Output: von der Case Study über Newsletter, Webseite und Whitepaper bis hin zum Personal Branding des Senior-Leadership-Teams. Du arbeitest eng mit Demand Generation, Product Marketing und SEO/GEO zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Content-Touchpoint die Marke trägt und Pipeline beeinflusst. Wenn du Marke greifbar machen kannst, AI-Tools als selbstverständliches Werkzeug nutzt und Lust hast, die Stimme einer wachsenden Software-Marke mitzugestalten, freuen wir uns von dir zu hören.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du verantwortest unseren redaktionellen Auftritt über Webseite, Newsletter und Social und sorgst für Qualität und Brand fit
- Du bringst unsere Social-Media-Strategie aufs nächste Level: Personal Branding, opinionated Content und Community-Aufbau über Networking / Influencer Du scriptest Video-Content und koordinierst die Produktion mit Agenturen, Producern und Freelancern oder mit AI-Video-Tools
- Du pflegst unsere Webseite im CMS (Hygraph) und stellst sicher, dass Inhalte unsere Zielgruppe ansprechen und abholen
- Du arbeitest als Sparring- und Briefing-Partner:in mit Product Marketing und SEO/GEO zusammen Du produzierst Case Studies mit unseren Kund:innen, von der Anbahnung über das Interview bis zur fertigen Erfolgsgeschichte
Dein Profil:
- Du bringst 5+ Jahre Hands-on-Erfahrung in Content Marketing, Copywriting, Social Media Marketing oder Redaktion mit, idealerweise im B2B SaaS-Umfeld oder mit erklärungsbedürftigem Produkt.
- Du schreibst exzellent auf Deutsch. Muttersprache ist Voraussetzung, weil unsere Kund:innen im DACH-Raum sind.
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im Copywriting und Management von Social-Media Projekten.
- Du nutzt AI-Tools täglich und weißt, wie du LLMs gezielt einsetzt, um mehr Output zu erzielen, ohne dass das Ergebnis austauschbar wirkt
- Du bist sicher im CMS-Handling (Hygraph, Contentful, Webflow oder vergleichbar) und kannst eigenständig Content live nehmen.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Content- oder Design-Agenturen.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bringst dich proaktiv ein.
