Join Xentral as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the next 6 months and help shape the future of our team.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for roles across various departments, with a focus on tech positions. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and help drive recruitment initiatives and employer branding efforts. This is your chance to grow professionally in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Your Tasks
- You manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to contract signature
- You conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
- You source and engage talent using platforms such as LinkedIn and others
- You collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- You represent and promote Xentral as an attractive employer across all candidate touchpoints
- You contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract top talent
Your Profile
- You have a degree in Human Resources, (Business) Psychology, Business Administration or a similar field
- You have 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with exposure to tech or digital roles
- You have strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn
- You have experience in managing stakeholders and building strong internal relationships
- You have a proactive and structured approach to your work, with excellent communication skills
- You are fluent in German and English
Please note: This is a full-time position limited to 6 months, with the potential for extension depending on business needs and performance.
