Your tasks
- Your role involves supporting founders and management in constructing, aligning, and communicating Xentral's strategy, encompassing the formulation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- You will contribute to the decision-making process by assessing insights drawn from competitor analysis, market research, and customer evaluation
- Your responsibility includes evaluating and executing potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) prospects, ensuring meticulous due diligence and successful completion of deals
- Your are responsible for driving and reporting on strategic cross-functional projects will be part of your duties, involving direct collaboration with stakeholders from various functions such as sales, product, marketing, customer success, and operations
Your profile
- Your background comprises several years of professional experience in consulting and/or strategic project management, ideally with initial exposure to the software industry
- You possess a solid grasp of analytics software, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and competence in project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Your approach is hands-on, driven by a zeal to learn and cultivate new proficiencies.
- Your English communication skills are strong and effective
