We are looking for an experienced Marketing leader, who helps us to define & execute Xentral’s Marketing and Demand Generation strategy and build a star team around that. You will be responsible to deliver a constant pipeline of high quality leads to our sales team at scalable costs. As the team will be limited at the beginning, this also means that you will have to own and implement things hands-on.
Your Tasks
- You develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing strategy, to enable scalable growth for Xentral
- You structure and build-up the Marketing team based on the prior defined strategy (potential team size of +10 FTE)
- You manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI
- You collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- You provide day to day sparring to the team + take over some tasks hands-on to drive our organic growth channels (SEO, Content Marketing, Website, Organic Social), our paid channels and nurturing activities
Your profile
- You have significant experience in B2B marketing (in a SaaS company would be a big plus)
- You have experience in leading a team
- You are used to work in a dynamic environment (scale-up experience would be a big plus)
- You possess a strong overview of the most important marketing levers within B2B SaaS
- You are highly quantitative & analytically driven (bouncing numbers in Excel, or big data tools are your daily business)
- You have a hands-on mentality - beside thinking strategically you are also keen to get your hands dirty and directly implement things
