Wir suchen einen erfahrenen ERP Solution Manager für unsere Kunden, der in der Lage ist, Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen, zu analysieren und zu implementieren. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von ERP-Lösungen für unsere Kunden verantwortlich.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du analysierst die Kundenanforderungen und identifizierst die passenden ERP-Lösungen
- Du implementierst ERP-Lösungen und integrierst sie mit bestehenden Systemen
- Du übernimmst die Schulung von Kunden und Anwendern
- Du unterstützt bei der Fehlerbehebung und Wartung von ERP-Systemen
Dein Profil
- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von ERP-Systemen und Projektmanagement
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du bringst die Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams mit
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
