Who We Are
Our office manager will be in charge of shaping and maintaining our people experience and culture while making sure that our office operations run smoothly. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, meticulously organised and relentless about continuously improving the environment around them.
Responsibilities
- Run the onboarding of new employees from start to finish (setting up desks, ordering computers, etc.)
- Manage relationships with vendors, providers and building staff
- Select, source and stock snacks and meals for the office ensuring quality, effective delivery of service and billing
- Own and manage seating charts
- Keep us all safe by coordinating fire drills and related trainings
- Design and implement in-office events to bring our community together (all hands, happy hours, offsites, etc.)
- Plan and coordinate office moves
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including logistics, documentation, and CRM management in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional project management and multitasking skills
- Strong inclination to go above and beyond
- Strong ability to work in a fast-changing environment and help where needed
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluent business-level proficiency in both spoken and written English and Japanese
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role
