The Opportunity

New opportunity for an experienced sales executive to focus on enterprise accounts in the UK. This role will encompass leveraging your existing and new contacts to effectively build a network, develop a book of business (through outbound prospecting and partnering with our marketing and channel functions) and subsequently expanding accounts.

This role would report to the EMEA VP of Enterprise Sales. This is a crucial area as Verkada continues to expand throughout EMEA and push further up market.

The successful candidate will be able to elevate Verkada’s brand in the UK, build a book of business, create strong client and channel relationships, navigate and close complex deals as well as regularly exceed goals consisting of demos, trials and TCV revenue targets every quarter.

This will be a UK field based role with an office in Old Street, central London, as an additional base.

Responsibilities

  • Source, close and expand new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Build an intimate understanding of Verkada products and their place in the industry
  • Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, host online demos, create proposals, close deals and expand accounts you land
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
  • Aggressively exceed goals consisting of outbound phone calls, emails, online demos, and trials every quarter
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers and channel partners
  • Provide market/client feedback to Verkada’s product/engineering team

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of quota exceeding Sales experience working for a technology vendor selling Enterprise solutions
  • Experience selling B2B solutions
  • A track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role
  • Hunter mentality
  • Extensive customer network
