We're looking for a product leader who can transform complex verification experiences into seamless journeys that both our customers and their end users love. You'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and human psychology, designing experiences that balance security with simplicity, and compliance with convenience. Your work will directly impact how businesses onboard their customers and how people access essential services online.
You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Leading discovery initiatives with customers, end-users, and GTM teams to identify, validate, and optimize key user friction points in the verification journey
- Driving product strategy for our end-user experience, balancing convenience with accuracy and regulatory compliance across global markets
- Owning and driving the end-user verification experience from initial concept through successful launch and optimization
- Partnering with ML, engineering, and product teams to transform customer insights into innovative verification solutions, carefully balancing fraud prevention with conversion optimization
- Staying accountable for verification success rates and user satisfaction metrics across different markets and use cases
- Collaborating with compliance and legal teams to ensure end user experience meets regulatory requirements while maintaining user-friendly design
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:
- 5+ years in a B2B/B2C SaaS company, ideally in a fast-scaling environment.
- Proven success in optimizing mobile products at scale using A/B testing and data-driven strategies.
- Experience balancing customer and end-user needs to drive industry-leading solutions.
- Strong track record of leading conversion rate improvements (20%+) through ML-driven optimizations and user experience enhancements.
- Experience working closely with GTM teams and in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services).
- Ability to drive a platform-first approach, enabling global and regional teams to tailor solutions while ensuring consistency.
- Decisive and execution-focused, thriving in ambiguity and delivering measurable impact.
