As a Team Lead, you will have a say in how we shape the analytics function at Veriff to best support our Operations, Finance, and Revenue organizations. We need someone who is passionate about data and people, ready to lead us to the next level in the Business Analytics domain.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

Ensuring the well-being of the team and leveraging their strengths
Providing the team with everything they need for success (resources, processes, roadmaps, etc.)
Driving cross-domain initiatives that ensure long-term success for Data Insights
Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, offering quality support, and influencing long-term strategic direction
Proposing innovative analytical approaches to solve complex business problems
Creating presentations for our executives and telling compelling stories supported by key facts
Setting performance metrics to maintain delivery speed and quality
Developing and maintaining the team roadmap and backlog, systematically reducing tech debt
Emphasizing data quality (data governance) and data self-service

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

2+ years of experience in leading analytics teams
5+ years of experience extracting actionable insights from large datasets
Strong communication skills—you can present findings clearly and concisely, both verbally and visually
Good verbal and written English skills
Proficiency with Tableau and SQL
Knowledge of leading trends and best practices in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization
An interest in the identity verification and online identity sphere
A highly collaborative, open-minded, and "customer-first" attitude; able to achieve results across teams and priorities
