Sales Development Representative (LATAM)

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) - LATAM will create new business opportunities in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil generating leads, facilitating sales and connecting prospects with the right salesperson.
Veriff's SDRs conduct high-level conversations with prospects about their identity verification needs in order to qualify potential business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, tenacious, and a team-player. This role is a great opportunity to be a founding member of the LATAM revenue organization in Veriff, have a massive impact and gain valuable enterprise sales experience at a successful scale-up.
What will you be doing…
- Upholding active engagement with new and existing leads through a tailored and customized approach. Design creative follow-up communications to increase contact interest in Veriff
- Strategizing with Account Executives and other members of the Revenue Team
- Leveraging CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories and verticals
- Achieving monthly and quarterly goals of qualified opportunities and closed business
- Contributing to team projects to improve our sales process
Who are we looking for?
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, good level of English
- The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and outside-the-box
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks within deadlines
Would be nice to have
- 1+ years of outbound prospecting
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
