Veriff’s Revenue team members combine a customer-centric and can-do attitude to foster relationships with clients and drive growth and new business for our company. As a part of our Revenue Operations team, you’ll support other functions in the revenue organization with tooling, insights, training and optimization so that they can focus on revenue-generating activities. Your main areas of ownership include optimising, managing and integrating our CRM with other sales and marketing-focused tools. You will also help us visualize our success by creating insightful reports and dashboards. Being a power user of our tools, you’ll be able to teach your colleagues how to get the full value and effect from any platform.

We’re mostly based in home offices in the US, thus until it's safe to continue working from offices, you can join us remotely. However, in order to work together with the key people in this role, we need you to join us in Eastern Time (EST).

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

  • Optimizing and integrating our CRM with all of our systems so that we have supercharged our use of Salesforce, our users are empowered to forecast easily and senior leaders have all their insights at their fingertips
  • Working with your colleagues and management to constantly find areas of improvement, working to bring our business partner’s vision to life in Salesforce
  • Providing operational and application support to solve problems and inefficiencies on the fly
  • Being a power user and promoter of Salesforce as a central platform and source of truth of our client relationships

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing a Salesforce org as a sole administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator Credential
  • Experience with implementing a CPQ tool
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Knowledge of SaaS metrics
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate, both internally and externally
  • A team-first approach, and are ready to be an active teammates working towards a common goal
  • No fear of challenges and you’re able to see the bigger picture

You’re an especially awesome match if you have:

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Previous experience managing analysts and being a project manager
  • Experience owning forecasting for a mid-size revenue org
  • Close-quarters experience with Dealhub, Salesforce or any other CPQ
