What You Will Do

As part of the Scientific team, you will play an integral role learning “as-is” customer workflows and paradigms, and suggesting improved “to-be” workflows based on the strengths of the Tetra Scientific Data & AI Cloud. You will support the European branch of Field, Enablement, Sales, and Scientific contacts to be a durable, reliable scientific reference point.

  • You will possess deep scientific expertise, grounded in a previous role with biotech or pharmaceutical companies with clear context on specific phases (Research, Development, Manufacturing), modalities (Biologics, Cell & Gene Therapy, etc), and overall company strategies
  • You will be an educational and technological resource for the entire organization - always willing to go the extra mile to enable another team or to promote understanding of a deep or difficult concept.
  • You will closely collaborate with our Scientific Business Analysis, Solutions Architecture, and Account Executive teams to learn and assess customer needs and recommend appropriate TetraScience Scientific Data & AI Cloud-based solutions
  • You will partner with relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) internally to drive feature development
  • You will operate externally to give conference talks, interact with pre-competitive organizations, and to produce white papers and peer-reviewed articles
  • You will obsess over customers’ scientific outcomes and partner with them on driving their science forward through Cloud-native solutions
  • You will build close, cross-functional relationships with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure positive and data-focused impact on messaging, content, and new areas of scientific interest
