Job Introduction:
The Senior Product Learning Expert designs, develops, and delivers comprehensive learning experiences that empower Tekion’s internal teams, partners, and customers to effectively understand and use Tekion’s products. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex product information into engaging, scalable, and effective learning solutions. The ideal candidate has deep instructional expertise, strong product acumen, and the ability to lead training initiatives from concept to execution.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Position requires experience in automotive fixed operations (parts & service)
Design and develop learning programs focused on product functionality, implementation, and best practices.
Collaborate with product, engineering, enablement, and services teams to gather technical information and ensure training accuracy.
Create content in multiple formats (eLearning, VILT, ILT, documentation) that meets diverse learner needs and delivery platforms.
Manage end-to-end training development projects and align content with business priorities.
Contribute to content governance, templates, and frameworks for instructional consistency and quality.
Participate in learner feedback collection, data analysis, and continuous improvement of product training.
Serve as a mentor or reviewer for more junior content contributors or instructional designers.
