Job Introduction
Leads the overall demand generation function, setting the vision, strategy, and execution plans to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue. This role is responsible for building scalable programs, managing a high-performing team, and aligning cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Defines the global demand generation strategy and roadmap to support pipeline and revenue objectives across regions and segments.
Leads a team of demand marketers and oversees execution of integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, field events, webinars, and partner programs.
Partners with sales leadership to align campaign targeting, messaging, and handoff processes for optimal conversion and velocity.
Develops quarterly and annual pipeline goals, forecasting models, and performance tracking mechanisms in collaboration with RevOps.
Establishes best practices in campaign planning, testing, attribution, and optimization.
Oversees demand generation technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM integration, lead management systems, and analytics platforms.
Builds executive-level reporting dashboards and communicates performance to senior stakeholders.
Evaluates new acquisition channels, vendors, and tools to expand reach and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with deep focus on demand generation and pipeline growth
5+ years in a leadership role managing marketing teams and budget
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven success leading multi-channel marketing strategies tied to revenue outcomes
Strong expertise with marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase)
Excellent strategic thinking, team leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
