This role works cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver compelling sales experiences that align with Tekion's value proposition. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.</div> <h2 class="text-xl font-semibold mt-5 mb-3 text-foreground">Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities</h2> <ul class="list-disc list-outside ml-6 my-3 space-y-1 text-foreground"> <li class="text-foreground leading-relaxed">Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and needs assessments to understand customer requirements.</li> <li class="text-foreground leading-relaxed">Manage and progress a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.</li> <li class="text-foreground leading-relaxed">Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the funnel.</li> <li class="text-foreground leading-relaxed">Customize product messaging and proposals based on prospect needs, challenges, and business goals.</li> <li class="text-foreground leading-relaxed">Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.</li> <li class="text-foreground leading-relaxed">Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of closed deals.</li> <li class="text-foreground leading-relaxed">Stay up to date on product offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends.
