Job Description
Tekion empowers Product teams to solve meaningful customer and business problems in innovative ways. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive two of our most critical platform pillars - Galaxy and Forms Pro.
Galaxy is Tekion’s proprietary calculation engine that powers lease, finance, and cash deal payments across all OEM brands. It supports advanced calculation logic across taxes, rebates, fees, residuals, and rates. Forms Pro is our end-to-end platform for creating, managing, and scaling retail forms across dealerships. It includes the Forms Configurator, Forms Library, and Forms Portal, and directly impacts time-to-launch, CSAT, and monetization.
In this role, you’ll manage and mentor a team of PMs, own the roadmap, and work closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact platform capabilities and scale Tekion’s reach across the industry. In addition to strong people management skills, the ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting actively involved with the team-diving into details to support execution and actively participating in problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate closely with Tekion’s product and engineering teams, as well as external partners such as dealers, to thoroughly assess and address the needs of all stakeholders.
2. Own and evolve the product strategy for Galaxy and Forms Pro, aligning with business objectives and user needs
3. Lead a team of PMs and ensure high standards of execution, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
4. Define, prioritize, and deliver roadmaps for both platforms
5. Launch Galaxy integrations for new OEMs, ensuring accuracy and platform stability
5. Launch the Enterprise Forms Portal and drive its adoption as a monetized SKU
6. Work with dealers, implementation partners, and internal teams to streamline the forms lifecycle
7. Support monetization initiatives (e.g. automation feature SKUs)
8. Represent platform priorities in roadmap planning with leadership and peers
9. Manage up and down the org: influence C-level stakeholders while also going deep into workflows and technical trade-offs
10. Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking
11. Serve as a bridge between product, business, and technical teams to drive alignment and unblock teams
Requirements
1. 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
2. Experience managing and mentoring PMs
3. Demonstrated success in developing and deploying data-driven features for B2B or SaaS platforms.
4. Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, particularly within cross-functional teams.
5. Demonstrated success shipping complex platform features at scale
6. Deep understanding of workflows, systems integration, and stakeholder alignment
7. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
8. Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and make thoughtful tradeoffs
9. Advanced degree from a top-tier MBA program or Engineering college
