Senior Product Manager – Custom Apps (Professional Services & Retention)
Team: Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Experience Required: 4+ years in Product Management
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to help shape the roadmap for custom applications that enable our Professional Services / Customer success teams and improve customer retention.
This is a mid-level role on a central team that supports the full customer life cycle. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tools that streamline onboarding, improve delivery outcomes, and increase long-term customer value. The role offers significant ownership, visibility, and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle for custom/internal apps used by Professional Services teams.
- Develop and drive product strategies that reduce time-to-value and enhance customer stickiness.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Analytics, and Professional Services to define impactful solutions.
- Lead product discovery, write clear requirements, and prioritize features based on business needs.
- Use data and user feedback to identify friction across the customer journey and solve for it.
- Communicate product strategy and progress with stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives
Who Would Be a Good Fit
- You have 4–6 years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment.
- You’re passionate about improving customer outcomes through internal tools or operational platforms.
- You’re comfortable partnering across functions and have a strong understanding of Professional Services / Customer success workflows.
- You enjoy solving problems using both quantitative insights and qualitative research.
- You value clarity, collaboration, and iterative learning.
