Job Description

The Director, Professional Services will lead fast, efficient, and delightful onboarding for new Enterprise customers. This role will be responsible for delivering our largest and most strategic dealership groups. Working in partnership with leaders on the partner success, integrations, and sales teams, you will own the implementation process from pre-sales through launch of our enterprise dealerships. You will partner with other senior professional services leaders to ensure scalability and efficiency for Tekion’s services delivery function. You'll also work with the Enterprise Sales team to scope and sell services into new and existing accounts and work with company leaders and other stakeholders to provide feedback and ideas on issues which impact the dealer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic customer implementations
  • Lead a team of individual contributors and managers Identify and tackle blockers to get customers live quickly within implementation teams
  • Work cross functionally across conversion, integration, sales and product to understand dependencies and align on critical success factors
  • Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders
  • Own implementation project management operations and processes
  • Create and own project plans
  • Design methods for repeatable projects
  • Deliver speed and quality for all on-boarding projects
  • Help build internal integration and services ability
  • Document process changes for customers' accounting, forms and customer service teams

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of technical project management relating to implementations at a B2B SaaS company
  • Empathetic attitude with engineers and customers
  • Minimum 5 years‘ experience working with multi-functional teams and technology product implementations
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a people manager with direct reports

The salary range for this position is $135,680 - $229,400. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance.The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
