Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate, organized Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Workplace Experience team and nail the first impressions at Snyk in our Cluj & Zurich office. You’ll have a direct impact on in-office experiences in Cluj & Zurich. You will connect Snykers and visitors to our values, partner with the facilities teams, and manage the day-to-day office operations.

The Workplace Experience team’s mission is to create experiences that tangibly connect our employees to the Snyk values. Essentially, we make Snyk the best place to work. We’re looking for someone who knows how to skillfully manage several projects, and has a strong commitment to excellence. The Workplace Experience Coordinator will be a key partner to our growing Cluj & Zurich population, and use frequent feedback to support a culture that is engaging and enabling.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Represent Snyk as you engage with employees, candidates, clients, guests, whether in-office as well as remotely for our other offices as well as our remote Snykers
  • Support the global team in broader cultural initiatives, events or communications, as well as other duties that may be assigned to in alignment with your role
  • Manage administrative operations of all the offices we support, including receiving and organizing mail, communicating with the facilities team and vendors, assisting with visitor coordination including registration of visitors/candidates and managing NDA/Waivers signatures
  • Responsible for maintaining a user-friendly and safe workplace
  • Update office policies and procedures as needed
  • Partner with the local IT, security, legal, and executive teams to maintain a safe environment compliant with COVID-19 regulations
  • Contribute to a positive work environment, often being the heart and soul of the office
  • Partner with the Learning and Growth team and support our growing Cluj team through onboarding workflows, including the delivery of induction sessions
  • Partner with local leadership and teams to gain understanding of regional and office culture, areas of improvement and initiatives to lead
  • Support communication sharing from the global business to Cluj & Zurich. Stay up to date on policies, processes and changes across the business to enable success in Cluj & Zurich.
  • Any other duties that may be required and which are considered by your manager to be consistent with the role.

What You’ll Need:

  • Have 1+ year experience working as a team/office assistant role ideally with some HR components
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy the consistency and stability of day-to-day routines
  • Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a service oriented approach. You will be helping to maintain the energy/vibe in the office, and will be the go-to person that everyone knows
  • Have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Enjoy collaborative work as well as on occasion, taking the lead on some social projects for the office/department
  • Are a self-starter: you can identify issues and don’t need to wait for assignments to take them on
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a workload in a time effective way with multiple daily priorities to deal with

We’d be Lucky if You:

  • Have experience working at a technology company
  • Have relevant experience supporting both Cluj & Zurich
