Job Summary:

The Operations Associate ensures that closing documents are executed as expected and without errors on our Notary Connect transactions. A top notch Operations Associate is detail oriented, can work at a fast pace, is self motivated and is passionate about providing exceptional experiences for our customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Performs post close quality reviews and reports errors for resolution
  • Performs tasks required to schedule notaries for in-person signing appointments including managing communication between parties and updating order details to ensure each signing is completed successfully
  • Resolves common issues that occur during the duration of a transaction and escalates when necessary
  • Makes outbound phone calls when time sensitive situations arise
  • Performs quality control activities to ensure that all signings reach the expected touchpoints and helps prevent any issues during the lifecycle of an order
  • Completes special projects as requested by their manager

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new computer system applications
  • Experience with title and loan documents is preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

  • Empathetic & patient; has the ability to see things from others perspective, especially when problems arise
  • Positive with a natural drive to help people, must be customer service oriented
  • Curious and has a learning mindset; eager for feedback
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused and self-manage in a fast paced environment where change is prevalent
  • Detail oriented
  • Thrives in a team environment

  • Shifts Needed (total weekly hours will fluctuate based on business needs)
    • Mon - Fri 4:30pm - 9:00pm MST
    • Mon - Fri 5:30pm - 10:00pm MST
    • Tues - Sat 6am - 10:30am MST
  • Onboarding schedule for the first 2 weeks: 9-5:30 MST Mon-Fri (with flexibility)

If you are located in the SF Bay Area, NYC, or Seattle Metro area, the target starting hourly rate for this role is $22.86 per hour. For all other locations, the target starting hourly rate is $20.00 per hour. Individual pay is based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
