About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Branch Regulatory Reporting Manager who can combine data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports. You’ll be compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of regulatory reports for our branch network, so there’s always something to learn.

Up to shape what's next in finance? Let’s get in touch.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning end-to-end production and submission of regulatory reports, specifically for Banxico and CNBV, ensuring compliance with local requirements
  • Acting as the main point of contact for regulatory reporting inquiries, including liaising with internal stakeholders and regulators
  • Supporting entity launches by defining and implementing regulatory reporting processes ahead of go-live
  • Mapping regulatory requirements across the business and assessing their impact on reporting frameworks
  • Reviewing and improving existing reports, identifying gaps, and enhancing processes where needed
  • Building and maintaining clear documentation of reporting processes, controls, and dependencies with SMEs
  • Collaborating cross-functionally (Finance, Risk, Ops, Credit, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Monitoring reporting issues and driving timely resolution with relevant stakeholders
  • Staying up to date with evolving regulatory requirements and ensuring ongoing compliance

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within financial services, banking, or a similar regulated environment
  • Experience preparing and submitting regulatory reports
  • Solid analytical and numerical skills
  • The ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical reporting processes
  • A high level of ownership and accountability for deliverables
  • To be comfortable working with stakeholders across functions
  • A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and work to tight deadlines
  • Impeccable attention to detail

Nice to have

  • A background in accounting, economics, finance, or related fields
  • Experience working directly with financial regulators
  • Exposure to building or improving reporting processes and frameworks
  • Project management skills
