About the role
Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving forward. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.
We're looking for a Technology Manager to manage data quality assurance while coordinating and collaborating with Operations and Product teams. You'll oversee large-scale architecture, IT systems, and related AI technologies under relevant European regulations.

What you'll be doing
- Leading data and AI technical and regulatory requirements in Western Europe, leveraging our data platform and products
- Designing and implementing data quality frameworks (data metrics, quality index, lineage, dashboards, and quality assurance)
- Defining, deploying, and scaling policies and procedures for data and AI
- Creating key dashboards to monitor transformations
- Collaborating on larger change and transformation programmes
What you'll need
- 7+ years of tech experience in financial services or fintech (or serving it from a leading technology or IT services provider)
- Program and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of large-scale data architecture, intensive data usages, and data quality assurance and governance
- A solid understanding of risk management frameworks, in particular the three lines of defence model for financial services
- Familiarity with financial services regulations in Europe, such as the Data Act, AI Act, BSBC239 requirements, RDARR guidelines, GDPR, and digital and operational resilience guidelines
- Experience partnering with an executive team, as well as the ability to work closely with others to deliver results
- Experience in retail banking
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience in technology and change delivery at a leading/global consultancy firm
- Expertise in building and/or scaling up the data office of a financial services institution or fintech
- Relevant industry-recognised data certifications or qualifications (data engineering, analyst, etc.)
