The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead large product areas with significant business impact and organizational visibility. You will define multi-quarter strategy, mentor PMs, influence organizational priorities, and drive cross-functional alignment across teams. You are expected to operate as a business owner — balancing customer needs, platform investments, operational complexity, revenue impact, and long-term strategic bets.

What You'll Do

  • Own strategy and execution for a major business or platform area
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams and systems
  • Drive product direction through strong market, customer, and data insights
  • Build scalable frameworks for prioritization, experimentation, and decision-making
  • Mentor PM1/PM2s and improve product management quality across the org
  • Influence executive stakeholders through structured communication and strategic thinking
  • Partner with engineering leadership on architecture and platform evolution
  • Identify new growth vectors, monetization opportunities, and ecosystem partnerships

What We're looking for

  • 7–10 years of product management experience
  • Proven ownership of large-scale products or business lines
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with execution rigor
  • Ability to influence without authority across functions
  • Strong technical fluency and platform thinking
  • Experience managing ambiguity and organizational complexity
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Fintech infrastructure or platform experience
  • AI-native product development
