About the Role : We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own customer-facing marketing programs that drive adoption, engagement, and growth. This role will partner closely with the Growth, Product and Digital Marketing teams to translate business goals into scalable marketing initiatives across value proposition, customer journeys, and growth programs. We are looking for someone who finds creative, insight-led ways to influence customer behaviour and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own integrated GTM plans for product launches, feature releases, and growth initiatives
  • Define target audiences, messaging frameworks, channel strategy, and success metrics
  • Continuously improve funnel performance through brand-led messaging, testing, and experience enhancements
  • Use insights to scale high-performing initiatives and sunset low-impact efforts
  • Design and execute marketing-led growth programs including gamification, milestone mechanics, loyalty initiatives, and adoption journeys
  • Build scalable customer experiences that drive repeat usage and movement into higher-value cohorts Basic

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience across core marketing functions, including GTM and customer growth initiatives ● Experience leading GTM programs and cross-functional initiatives
  • MBA from a top tier university
  • Experience in ecommerce, fintech, SaaS, or high-growth consumer technology companies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects end-to-end across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
