Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Designer who will bring creativity and craft to our content and campaign experiences. This is a junior role where you’ll work closely with the content marketing team to design and ship digital assets that drive growth and engagement.
You’ll be building on Framer, creating pages that bring our stories to life, supportperformance marketing, and inspire confidence in the Razorpay brand.This is your chance to shape how Razorpay looks and feels to the world. You’ll grow fast, work with people who care deeply about craft, and create work that has real reach and impact.
What you’ll work on:
- Design and build marketing pages in Framer for blogs, campaigns, and product stories.
- Partner with content marketers to translate narratives into compellinglayouts and visuals.
- Write and edit microcopy that strengthens clarity, flow, and engagement on marketing pages.
- Craft high-conversion performance marketing assets including landing pages and campaign microsites.
- Maintain design consistency across all marketing touchpoints by extending Razorpay’s brand system into Framer.
- Experiment and iterate using data and feedback to refine design for performance and storytelling impact.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or digital design.
- Proficiency in Framer, or strong interest in quickly becoming proficient.
- A strong eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy.
- A portfolio that demonstrates marketing design work, landing pages,
- campaign creatives, or editorial experiences.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional partners like writers, growth
- marketers, and performance teams.
- Bonus: familiarity with SEO, A/B testing, or performance marketing design
