As an Executive Recruiter, you will join our great Talent Acquisition team of over 25 recruiters, specifically within the newly formed Executive Recruiting team focusing on top executive roles. Working closely with a dedicated team (Robin & Hugo) led by Aurélien, and directly with our founders, Steve & Alexandre, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with world-class talent and help propel Qonto to new heights.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Executive Recruiter at Qonto, you will:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Qonto’s Executive Committee to help them precisely define their recruitment needs. Use your sharp judgment and thorough knowledge of company and market trends to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing: Design and execute targeted strategies to identify and engage top executive talent for pivotal roles. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and capitalize on Qonto’s extensive network, ensuring every touchpoint is masterfully handled to attract the best candidates quickly.
Networking: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of executive candidates, ensuring a steady flow of top-tier talent for current and future leadership needs. Keep candidate databases meticulously updated to facilitate ongoing and proactive recruitment efforts.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine executive search processes to boost efficiency, shorten time-to-hire, and elevate the candidate experience, meeting immediate needs and anticipating future requirements.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Qonto with professionalism and enthusiasm. Communicate our vision, values, and unique opportunities with precision and passion, effectively 'selling' Qonto to potential executive candidates. Leverage your expertise and curiosity to engage and close top candidates.

As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Qonto, Aurélien brings a wealth of experience and a passion for finding and nurturing top talent. With over 4 years at Qonto and 10 years of recruitment experience within the executive search world, Aurélien has played a pivotal role in building a dynamic and diverse global team, working with over 25 Talent Acquisition managers and leaders.
He has personally hired executives at Qonto and has a deep understanding of the executive committee, ensuring he can provide you with invaluable support and insights. Under his leadership, you'll find the perfect balance of challenge and support to help you succeed and grow.
Additionally, you will work closely with Marjorie, our Talent Acquisition Director, and Sarah, our Chief People Officer, both of whom play integral roles in executive hiring and will be directly involved in guiding and supporting your efforts in this pivotal area.
🏅About You:
• Demonstrated success in executive search within tech or tech-related industries, with a strong preference for in-house recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to connect and engage with high-caliber executives, leveraging an extensive professional network and providing an outstanding, tailor-made candidate experience
• Strong grasp of the tech industry and strategic business drivers, enabling you to accurately identify recruitment needs and effectively discuss role specifics with candidates, ensuring a precise fit for Qonto's goals.
• Outstanding communication and persuasion abilities, capable of effectively articulating Qonto’s vision and attracting top executive talent.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring rigor in every aspect of your recruitment process to maintain high standards of accuracy and excellence.
• You speak English perfectly.
