⭐️ Mission

🧑‍💻👩‍💻 As an AML Officer at Qonto, you will:

• Investigate complex alerts: Handle transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reports (processing around 25 alerts per day) with a high degree of autonomy.
• Perform quality controls: Conduct 1st-level controls and internal checks to verify the team's work and ensure strict adherence to internal procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement: Autonomously challenge existing processes, identify gaps, and manage projects to improve our daily operational efficiency.
• Mentor and share knowledge: Act as a referent for the team by coaching peers, sharing expertise on complex cases (such as accounting, sanctions, and terrorism financing).
• Manage stakeholders: Serve as a reliable point of contact for complex compliance topics, interacting confidently with internal teams and external auditors or regulators when necessary.
