Join us as an IT Internal Audit Manager (Information Technology) to help create Qonto's IT audit function from the ground up as one of the first members of our newly established Internal Audit team. You'll build robust IT audit methodology while ensuring oversight of our technology systems serving 600,000 customers across Europe. You will play a key role in establishing IT audit standards and processes as we scale towards serving one million SMEs by 2028.
As an experienced IT internal auditor, you'll have the unique opportunity to design and implement our IT audit approach from scratch while maintaining the agility needed in our fast-growing fintech environment.
👩💻🧑💻 As an IT Internal Audit Manager (Information Technology) at Qonto, you will:
• Lead comprehensive IT audits: With the assistance of external consultants, conduct technical audits covering ICT & cybersecurity risk, notably: networks, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery, third-party management, identity and access management, change management, data governance, protection and privacy, IT governance and strategy, incident management, software development and acquisition, users awareness and training, compliance with relevance regulations as DORA, ISO27001 and PCI DSS certifications
• Create IT audit methodology: Design and build Qonto's IT audit function from scratch, developing standards tailored to our fintech environment
• Manage full audit lifecycle: Handle audit planning, field testing, control evaluation, audit report writing, and follow-up verification of remediation actions
• Conduct annual IT risk assessment: Lead the annual risk assessment for IT activities and maintain the IT audit universe

Their background?
Catherine joined Qonto in March 2024, bringing over 12 years of experience in the banking sector, with a strong focus on retail and corporate banking and payment services. Throughout her career, she has held diverse roles in sales, internal audit, and risk management. At Qonto, she was recruited to establish the company's internal audit function, laying a solid foundation to support Qonto's safe and sustainable growth.

🏅About You
• IT Internal Audit expertise: Demonstrated experience as an IT internal auditor in banking, fintech, or payment institutions, with proven ability to lead complex audit mission on IT environments (CIA or CISA certification preferred)
• Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of IT risks, systems, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and IT governance frameworks
• Methodology builder: Experience creating audit procedures and frameworks from scratch, with ability to balance thoroughness with agility in a fast-growing environment
• Independent leadership: Capable of working autonomously, leading complex IT audit missions, and building relationships with technical teams
• Clear technical communication: Excellent at translating technical audit findings into clear recommendations for both technical teams and senior management
• Languages: Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is a bonus.
