Qonto's historical offering is a business account for entrepreneurs. Since it is mandatory for professionals to have a business account and to deposit their capital at the time of creation, Qonto has historically partnered with legal tech companies to attract entrepreneurs at the creation stage.
In September 2024, Qonto launched its own business creation service. We now support 1 out of 5 companies in their creation: either through capital deposit only or through full-fledged creation from start to finish. Company creation has become a strategic segment in France, within our 4 segments (Company creation/ solopreneurs/ Micro-Businesses (1-9 employees)/ Small Businesses (+10 employees)
👩💻🧑💻 As a Marketing Manager for Company Creators FR at Qonto, you will develop and implement a precise marketing strategy in collaboration with central teams (Media, Content, CRM, SEO, SEA, Website, Brand, Social Media, Events and Data), with a goal of achieving 44% growth this year for the Company Creators segment.
Concretely, you will lead your segment as a small Business Unit and you will:
• Provide insights on the French market Company Creator specific segment.
• Make sure we use our marketing efforts and budget in the best way, to maximize the results on your segment
• Contribute to media planning to align with the French market strategy.
• Assist in creating brand content with internal or external experts to ensure relevance for target audiences and campaigns.
• Participate in paid acquisition strategies and conversion rate optimization
• Suggest new acquisition angles or channels to increase the number of new clients creating businesses with Qonto.
• Collect and analyze results on the company creator segment on a weekly and monthly basis, to effectively communicate your findings to your stakeholders and make adjustments if necessary.
🤔 What you can expect:
• You'll join a marketing team of 4 working on different segments and topics for the French Market (solopreneurs, micro-entreprises, events).
• At Qonto, we use the Lean Methodology to help you autonomously develop marketing strategies with the primary focus on driving new projects and providing guidelines to central teams.
• You'll work with various tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Suite, Modjo, Tableau…
🤝 About your future manager:
Your manager will be Delphine de Roquemaurel, our Head of Marketing France at Qonto.
Her path? Delphine joined Qonto in January 2025 after serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Stello (Qonto Insurance Partner), where she grew turnover 10x and expanded their customer base from 2,000 to 20,000. Prior to that, she led high-performing marketing and sales teams at multiple companies, implementing effective acquisition strategies across various channels and consistently driving business growth.
What can she bring to the team? Delphine's management style centers on trust and autonomy, creating an environment where team members can thrive without micromanagement. Through weekly one-on-one meetings, she'll provide guidance while giving you the freedom to innovate and contribute to Qonto's growth.
🏅 About You:
• With at least 5 years of experience, you have a strong ability to proactively engage with clients and gather insights through direct communication, ideally with experience in customer-facing roles or sales.
• You excel at driving collaboration across central teams with proven experience in cross-functional environments.
• You can develop and execute marketing strategies for specific business segments with minimal supervision, demonstrating previous success in segment-specific marketing approaches.
• You're adept at analyzing performance metrics, identifying key acquisition channels, and recognizing growth opportunities to drive strategic decisions.
• You are fluent in both French and English, enabling effective communication across all teams and markets.
