Join us as a Treasury Manager to drive strategic transformation initiatives while ensuring operational excellence in our treasury operations. You'll strategically shape Qonto's future capabilities and support our growth journey across Europe.
You will work closely with Steve, our Treasury Lead, to conduct comprehensive analyses of our current operations and identify opportunities for enhancement, while ensuring we maintain best-in-class treasury practices.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Treasury Manager at Qonto, you will:
• Lead strategic analysis projects to assess and enhance our operational framework and regulatory readiness
• Design and implement sophisticated treasury processes aligned with industry best practices
• Coordinate and support a team of 3 treasury specialists, ensuring seamless run of daily treasury operations. Be the escalation point for the team and other functions.
• Partner with Accounting, ALM, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure robust operational frameworks, and all stakeholders across business function
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with treasury expertise, and support the transformation from key projects such as ERP implementation (SAP) and others
🤔 What you can expect:
• Team Structure: You'll join a dynamic treasury team of 3 specialists, each bringing unique expertise: Alioune (Treasury Control & System Expert), Zohra, and Raphaël (Treasurers with complementary skills in cash management and operations).
• Strategic Impact: Your role will be instrumental in shaping Qonto's future capabilities, working on both strategic projects and operational excellence.
• Tools & Systems: Experience with our treasury management system (Kyriba) is a plus.
🤝 About your future Manager
Your manager will be Steve Angot, our Treasury Lead at Qonto.
• His path?
After graduating from ESC Toulouse with a Master's in Banking and Corporate Finance, Steve built his expertise through various treasury positions at major companies. He joined Qonto in 2021 as Senior Treasurer and was promoted to Treasury Lead, where he now manages treasury operations.
• What he brings to the team?
Steve brings deep expertise in treasury management and process optimization. He excels at leading digital transformation initiatives and building strong relationships with stakeholders. His experience in managing complex financial operations and driving innovation through technology makes him an ideal leader to support Qonto's growth and your professional development.
🏅 About You
• Treasury Expertise: You bring a deep experience and understanding of treasury management within regulated financial institutions.
• Regulatory Background: You have a strong understanding of EU banking regulations and experience working with supervisory authorities (ECB, ACPR).
• Leadership Skills: You have experience coordinating teams and enjoy developing talent while driving operational excellence.
• Strategic Vision: You can balance day-to-day operations with long-term transformation projects.
• Communication: You're skilled at collaborating with multiple stakeholders. You can understand complex financial concepts and can simplify them to communicate effectively.
