👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior FP&A Manager at Qonto, you will:

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models focused on revenue analysis and strategic business decisions.

• Partner with Growth, Strategy, and Product teams to drive performance and understand revenue generation strategies.

• Develop and enhance financial tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms to analyze business metrics.

• Conduct in-depth forecasting and strategic planning with various stakeholders.

• Collaborate on budgeting and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities.

Her path: Nathalie has started her career in a Big 4 and then switched to corporate, where she hold several FP&A positions (Corporate, Business Partners, Revenue) in Tech and Entertainment companies such as Criteo, Ubisoft, Solocal and Activision-Blizzard

What she can bring to you: Nathalie will bring her expertise in fast growing and business transformation companies as well as a wealth of experience in strategic finance and is committed to fostering a collaborative team culture. She values autonomy and encourages her team to take initiative and drive impactful projects.

• You have at least 8 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role, focusing on revenue analysis.

• You possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• You have a proven track record of business partnering and influencing strategic decisions.
