Join us as an FCC Officer in Italy to fortify our financial crime compliance framework. Your mission will be to interpret regulations, set risk appetites, and draft policies to ensure robust AML compliance. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Crime in Italy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our compliance strategies and training our team.
👩💻🧑💻 As a FCC Officer at Qonto, you will:
• AML/CFT framework: Review and maintain up-to-date our local AML policy, related processes and controls.
• KYC/B framework: Animate our KYC/B framework by refreshing and enhancing our onboarding rules, and define appropriate controls to enforce them
• EDD Process: Deploy and manage our Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) framework to assess high risk customers at the second line level, and staff and manage the EDD team.
• Staff Training: Train Italian branch staff on compliance requirements and ensure all training requirements are met.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Head of Financial Crime (Italy) to refine compliance strategies and maintain our AML/CFT framework at the highest level.

🏅 About You:
• AML Expertise: You have 5-8+ years of relevant experience in AML regulatory environments, with a strong understanding of Italian regulations.
• Process Implementation: You have a proven track record of successfully implementing compliance processes and enhancing operational frameworks.
• Team Management: You have experience supervising KYC/KYB analysts and training teams on compliance requirements.
• Solutions-Driven: You are solutions-driven, with a passion for the financial crime compliance industry.
• Languages: You are fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
