⭐ Mission:
Join us as a Lead Data Analyst to drive strategic decision-making by transforming complex business metrics into actionable insights for Qonto's Finance, Operations, and Strategy team. You'll work closely with leadership to shape our understanding of business performance and help guide Qonto's strategic direction as we continue to scale across Europe.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Data Analyst Team Lead at Qonto, you will:
- Lead and elevate a team of data analysts, focusing on improving work quality and implementing best practices for data analysis and reporting
- Drive the development and maintenance of critical dashboards that provide clear visibility on business performance metrics
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Strategy to transform complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions
- Build and maintain sophisticated analytical frameworks to support monthly financial analysis and strategic planning
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all team deliverables
🤔 What you can expect:
Market/Team Context: You'll be at the heart of Qonto's strategic decision-making process, working with high-level stakeholders to shape the company's future direction. Your team's insights will directly impact how we create budgets and drive business strategy.
Methodologies: We embrace Lean practices like Kaizen and Gemba, ensuring continuous improvement in our processes and deliverables
Project Impact: You'll be central to Qonto's business understanding, working on projects that influence company strategy and growth across all our European markets
Timing: Your role will be particularly crucial at the beginning of each month, working proactively with finance teams on critical analysis
🤝 About your future manager: Your direct supervisor will be Erwan Croguennoc, our Head of BI. Erwan's management style is grounded in support and guidance, rather than micromanagement, providing you with the autonomy to innovate and the support to succeed.
🏅 About You:
Leadership Experience: You have proven experience leading and developing data analysts, with a track record of improving team performance and delivery quality
Business Acumen: You possess deep understanding of business models, particularly in SaaS companies, and can translate complex metrics into actionable insights
Stakeholder Management: You excel at building relationships and communicating complex analyses to diverse audiences, from analysts to executive leadership
Strategic Thinking: You can see the big picture and help others connect their work to broader business objectives
Technical Expertise: You have strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to validate and improve analytical frameworks
