At Qonto we are on a bold mission to expand our financing offering, empowering businesses to manage their day-to-day operations and fuel their growth. We're seeking a talented Strategic Project Manager to elevate our financing offering to new heights.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Strategic Project Manager on Financing at Qonto, you will:

•Define our vision: Analyse customer needs, business potential and market trends to define the priorities and roll-out on financing (type of offering, markets, etc.)

•Lead transformation: Implement our financing strategy by driving cross-functional projects in collaboration with Qonto teams (Product, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Ops) and external stakeholders

•Ensure success: Define and monitor KPIs on financing and ensure it is a success by overseeing marketing actions, and identifying improvements with Qonto teams (control measures & improvements)

•Work in a fast-paced and scaling environment

Will be part of the Strategy Team composed of 20 people working from France and Germany

Work in an international company, with teams in 4 European countries

•Collaborate multiple Qonto teams (risk & compliance, data, product, customer support, marketing...) and be autonomous

•Own one of the most strategic projects for Qonto and interact closely with top Management

Your future manager will be Fanny, our Head of Strategic Planning & Projects

Before joining Qonto, Fanny had various experiences in Strategy, Marketing, Venture, and E-Business on Retail Banking and Services within Corporates (AXA & BNP Paribas) and in close collaboration with fintech and start-ups

Fanny brings her experience on strategic issues and projects, knowledge in the Retail Banking and Services Industry, and expertise in launching and scaling teams and activities

•Credit experience: 7+ years of experience including an experience in building and launching a financing offering in a neobank or fintech

•Analytical skills: you are comfortable with data analysis (customer insights, business metrics…) and able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

•Project Management: your drive and excellent organization, allow you to be a strong project manager, able to break silos and coordinate cross-team initiatives

•Team player: you are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

•Efficient: you are experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives

•Conscientious: you pay attention to detail in the execution and the follow-up of missions

•Communication: you have outstanding verbal & written communication skills

•Languages: you are fluent in English (speak either French, Italian, German or Spanish is a real plus)

•Education: you have a Master’s degree or equivalent from a Business or Engineering school
