As Senior FP&A Manager, you will report in to the Lead FP&A Central Functions and will act as a true financial business partners to the operational teams to support our business performance while implementing effective and scalable cost control practices.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As Senior FP&A Manager at Qonto, this is what you will do:

• Business partnering: Work closely with operational teams (eg. People, Corporate, Risk & Compliance), drive operating reporting cadence, develop financial insights and apply business judgment to help drive Qonto’s margins. To that end, you will build processes and dedicated dashboards from scratch.

• Reporting: Improve the accuracy and reliability of our financial information through taking part in Qonto’s FP&A processes, including monthly closing and forecast, analytical allocations, management reporting, variance analysis, with a special focus on our cost structure and notably on the payroll and headcount topics.

• Financial planning: Take part in the annual and bi-annual budget, and perform variance analysis on the P&L lines and scope you are in charge of.

• Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis on different topics (e.g. deep dive on key KPIs, etc.)

• To work closely with both Qonto's Finance Team and Operational Teams and to be part of our strategy by making Qonto grow

• To contribute to the development of the Finance function in one of the most promising European scale-ups

• Their path: You will directly report to Nathalie, our FP&A Director. She has started her career in a Big 4 and then switched to corporate where she hold several FP&A positions (Corporate, Business Partners, Revenue) in Tech and Entertainment companies such as Criteo, Ubisoft, Solocal and Activision-Blizzard. Nathalie has joined Qonto one year ago and is leading the FP&A team, composed by 7 talented people

• What they can bring to you: Nathalie will bring her expertise in fast growing and business transformation companies. She will support you in developing your department and your team. She will give you all the keys to master your topics and continuously make you grow and learn.

• Experience: you have at least 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Financial Controlling, preferably in a fast-paced organisation with a good knowledge of payroll topics

• Self-starter: you take initiatives and you are intellectually agile, comfortable with creating processes and dashboards from scratch.

• Communication: you are a real team player and have excellent communication skills with ability to align various stakeholders among the company.

• Mastery: you are fully proficient in Excel and have strong financial modelling skills. You know how to use data to build powerful insights and strategies.

• Languages: you are fluent in French and English, other European languages (German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
