As a Growth Analyst Intern, you will work with our Growth team as well as Finance & BI ones to build strong plans and performance monitoring to achieve our Growth ambitions internationally.
By joining Jacky’s team, you will be part of a 4 people team, coordinating the planning, steering, and measurement of our full funnel growth activities (from acquisition to retention and ARPU). You will be especially focused on ensuring we are delivering our plan and understand the root-causes of any potential deviation.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Growth planning & Steering intern at Qonto, you will
Monitor our weekly acquisition and monthly revenue performance to help growth teams to identify growth drivers;
Improve and Document our performance monitoring framework to enable you and the team to get more insightful and prompt analysis;
Support Growth team to build our 2024 Acquisition strategy based on the tool you will build and the knowledge you will gather.

Their path: After an experience in FP&A at Dassault Systèmes and Sales Operations at Criteo, Jacky was Head of Business Performance at Vestiaire Collective and then joined the Qonto’s Growth team in May 2022.

• You have a powerful analytical mindset that enables you to identify actionable from a wide variety and volume of data (we use GSheet, SQL is a plus);
• You are conscientious and pay a high attention to details that enables you to be a trusted business partner;
• You are a great team player and are at ease interacting and working with various stakeholders (growth & country directors, Finance & data teams).
