As Head of Sales Partnerships Germany at Qonto, you will be responsible for fuelling our growth in all customer segments by expanding, structuring, and managing our team of talented Inbound Sales Managers, Key Account Managers and our team of partnership managers.
You will join our fast-growing German team report to the VP Germany, Lukas. The German market is the key growth focus for Qonto at the moment after joining forces with Penta.
As our Head of Sales Partnerships - Germany at Qonto, you will:
Own the German Sales Partnerships strategy: you will be an active part of our German management team, helping us shape our business in Germany, planning strategically to reach our targets, anticipating new partnerships opportunities, and target market penetration by segment
You'll manage in the beginning 3 different teams: Inbound Sales, Key Account Management and our Partnerships team
-You will scale the German Sales team with the right structure and make sure the team has the right people at the right time in the right place
-You’ll further work together with our KAM team on providing the best experience for our customers
-You will work together with your team on scouting new partnerships, closing partnerships in the pipeline and improving the results from existing partnerships.
-At the same time, you’ll ensure that our partnership processes (e.g. reporting or tracking) get constantly improved to provide the best experience to our partners
-You will ensure the teams are in the best possible conditions to succeed through coaching, close monitoring continuous feedback
-You will make data-driven recommendations and decisions: you'll share best practices get inspiration from other countries / other companies, you will ensure accurate reporting recommendations vs. targets and KPIs
-You'll make sure that the entire team has harmonised management practices
-You'll ensure the right tools, processes operations are in place at all times: you will ensure the teams have the right tools to succeed, you'll regularly create, optimise or even build new processes to reflect new challenges, and scopes or deal with new situations
-You will work closely with the key stakeholders across the different teams and especially the Revenue Growth Central team and other German teams (Marketing) ensuring we grow as one team.
What you can expect:

-Experience: You have 6 years of sales experience in a digital company fast-paced environment including sales or partnerships experience
-Mastery: You need to be proactive, organized, data-driven, and focused on details and accuracy.
-Ambition: You are not afraid to set ambitious (yet realistic) targets for your team and for yourself
-Leadership: You have strong leadership skills and +3 years of experience managing sales teams
-Languages: You speak both German and English fluently (an in depth knowledge of the German market is required)
-Tools: You master Salesforce; knowledge of Tableau, Aircall or data enrichment tools can be a plus
