⭐ Mission
Join us as a Procurement Manager to drive strategic procurement excellence and shape Qonto's procurement culture. You'll optimize supplier relationships, implement cost-effective sourcing strategies, and ensure seamless procurement operations that support our growth and operational efficiency across all departments.
You will work closely with Emmanuel, our Expense & Procurement FP&A Lead, joining a dynamic team that includes FP&A specialists and procurement professionals dedicated to building excellence in Qonto's procurement function.
Please note that this opportunity is based in France and is not available for full remote work.
According to our remote policy, you can work remotely for up to 2 days a week, but we expect you to be on-site in Paris for at least 3 days a week.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Procurement Manager at Qonto, you will
• Lead contract renegotiations for key supplier agreements, focusing on cost optimization and risk mitigation
• Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement roadmap and category strategy, establishing best practices across the organization
• Run end-to-end competitive sourcing processes (RFx) for indirect procurement categories including Growth (Marketing), Corporate (Facility Management, People, Risk & Compliance), and Travel
• Manage the full Procure-to-Pay process in Coupa, onboarding suppliers, enforcing PO policies, and continuously improving operational efficiency
• Support post-merger integration activities by selecting and onboarding best-fit providers, working closely with senior stakeholders
🤔 What you can expect
• Market/Team Context: You'll be part of a strategic finance team working with all departments requiring procurement support (Marketing, IT, Operations, Corporate Services). Your work will be central to Qonto's cost control, risk management, and operational efficiency as we continue scaling our business.
• How we work: We foster a procurement culture that values analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving. You'll work closely with FP&A, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and business partners in a fast-paced environment where your expertise directly influences company-wide procurement practices.
• Recent projects: Our team has been focusing on supplier segmentation, KPI definition, and establishing procurement guides for internal stakeholders when sourcing providers.
• Tools we use: You'll work with Coupa for P2P processes, along with various analytical and collaboration tools to drive efficiency in our procurement operations.
🤝 About your future Manager
Emmanuel leads Qonto's Expense & Procurement FP&A team.
His background? He has a strong background in finance, having started at AXA Partners US and later excelling at Wakam.
What does he bring to the team? Emmanuel is known for his strategic vision and analytical rigor, focusing on financial planning and OPEX optimization at Qonto. You'll gain from his ability to turn financial data into insights and his experience in cross-functional initiatives, offering valuable exposure to strategic decision-making.

• Experience: Proven experience in indirect procurement with strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
• Negotiation skills: Skilled negotiator who can improve contract terms while building strong supplier relationships
• Stakeholder management: Excel at challenging and collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders across departments
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical capabilities to identify cost optimization opportunities and create data-driven strategies
• Languages: Excellent command of English. French, Spanish, German or Italian are a plus.
