Join our Customer Onboarding - Capital Increase team, dedicated to creating exceptional onboarding experiences. Reporting to Timothée, you’ll take a key role in managing client portfolios and overseeing capital increase projects. Your contributions will directly enhance client satisfaction and drive the ongoing improvement of our services.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Qonto, you will
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and handling capital increase projects.
- Act as a liaison between clients, notaries, and Qonto to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Analyze and solve complex issues to enhance client satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Provide education and guidance on capital increases, focusing on customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with team members to navigate challenging situations and contribute to team success.
