Description

The Experience
The Security Response Communications team is the voice of Salesforce's Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) during the most critical security events, owning communications across our Commercial and Government Cloud environments for customers, executives, and cross-functional partners. Based in Dublin and working in a hybrid arrangement, you'll join a high-performing team that builds scalable templates, AI-driven workflows, and automated tooling to make security communications faster and more resilient.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Own end-to-end content for security incidents — from drafting customer notifications and executive briefings to coordinating translations and managing enablement channels — ensuring every message is accurate, clear, and on time.
  • Lead communication planning for critical security events, partnering with Legal, PR, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver coordinated, trusted messaging throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain a scalable library of communication templates, talking points, process documentation, and contact directories that the team can rely on across any security scenario.
  • Support the development of automated, AI-driven workflows and tools that reduce toil and increase the speed and resilience of the Security Response Communications program.

You're Our Person If...
  • You have 1+ years of experience in communications, ideally in a security, technology, or incident management environment.
  • You write with clarity and precision — able to translate complex technical information into accessible messaging for a range of audiences, from customers to senior executives.
  • You stay composed and focused when it matters most, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Even Better If...
  • You have experience with mass notification systems, collaboration platforms, or other communication tooling.
  • You're familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements related to security communications.
  • You've trained or mentored others on communication practices or incident response processes.
