What You'll Be Doing

Build, lead, and grow a high-performing regional marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and consistent delivery of quality campaigns
Design and implement customer-driven demand generation campaigns that increase pipeline, grow ACV, and build Salesforce brand momentum across the region
Build differentiated, audience-specific messaging by industry and thread it through all marketing tactics — from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion
Develop and deliver an innovative portfolio of physical and virtual events that drives maximum business impact
Own and evolve the regional digital marketing strategy, using data to drive pipeline and Trailblazer community growth
Lead product and solution launches into the region, setting clear objectives and measuring performance against them
Represent Salesforce as a spokesperson at industry events and with partners and customers
