The Experience
Senior Account Executive is part of our Key Account Management Team, focused on defined Enterprise Customers in Manufacturing and Automotive. You are responsible for the entire Salesforce portfolio — driving revenue growth, building relationships, and delivering customer success. As a trusted partner, you won't just sell AI agents. You'll work alongside them to accelerate revenue and reshape how leading manufacturers do business.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Leverage your knowledge of the manufacturing or automotive market to develop and execute strategic account plans, driving proactive expansion and cross-selling across assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Collaborate with solution sales, solution engineers, professional services, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem to deliver consultative, outcome-based solutions.
- Define and pursue significant revenue targets with a long-term growth mindset, navigating fast-paced environments with focus and adaptability.
You're Our Person If...
- You have 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- You bring strong knowledge of the manufacturing or automotive market and a well-established network of C-suite and senior executive relationships.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- You can understand complex business challenges and clearly articulate how Salesforce solutions address them.
Even Better If...
- You have experience driving large investment decisions and closing complex, high-value deals.
- You are familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- You have experience working with partners, advisory firms, and cross-functional teams.
