Overview of the Role:
Salesforce is looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise Corporate Sales to join our team in Italy. As a trusted partner, you won't just sell AI agents — you'll work alongside them to accelerate revenue and deliver meaningful outcomes for some of the world's most complex organizations. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle across a set of Fortune 500-caliber enterprise accounts, partnering closely with internal teams to build long-term strategic relationships with your customers.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and business champion engagement through to C-level close, leveraging solutions architects, sales engineers, professional services, and partners as needed.
Build and execute account strategies by identifying territory and vertical opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline, and consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and positioning Salesforce solutions through value-based selling and return on investment analysis.
Engage with industry events and user groups to generate market interest and expand presence within your designated accounts.
Required Qualifications:
Proven quota-carrying sales and account management experience with a successful history of net new business development and consistent delivery against revenue targets.
Experience running complex sales cycles from business champion to C-level, including full ownership of territory management.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline that supports overachievement within a defined market sector.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions into large, complex organizations.
Familiarity with formal sales methodology training or certification.
Ability to develop business cases and lead strategic alliances with key stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience influencing at the executive level.
