Description
As a Senior Salesforce Project Manager, you will lead, orchestrate, and own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-cloud enterprise Salesforce implementations using Agile methodologies, SAFe frameworks, and modern, AI-enabled delivery practices. You will be directly accountable for delivery excellence across highly visible global accounts, program-level financial performance, strategic governance, and C-suite stakeholder alignment, operating with a mature business-owner, consultative, and customer-first mindset.
This role requires advanced strategic thinking, exceptional executive presence, and a proven track record of hands-on delivery leadership to turn around complex Salesforce programs, maximise project margins, mitigate systemic risks, and scale best-in-class delivery practices across the organisation.

AI-First Delivery & Agentic Productivity Strategy: Champion and strategically scale the adoption of authorized AI technologies and prompt engineering across your delivery teams. Enterprise Delivery & P&L Governance: Plan, direct, and oversee the complete enterprise Salesforce delivery lifecycle. Own financial performance at the program level—managing macro-scope, multi-track timelines, systemic risks, and cross-project dependencies while driving high-quality business outcomes and aggressively protecting Sold vs. Delivered margins.
Scale Agile & Delivery Leadership: Champion and institutionalize Agile delivery architectures using Scrum, Lean, and SAFe frameworks. Drive multi-track sprint execution, rigorous backlog prioritization, predictive flow metrics, and foster high-performing, self-organizing, cross-functional global delivery squads.
Strategic Planning & Portfolio Roadmap Management: Architect and govern integrated portfolio plans and long-term delivery roadmaps. Ensure transparent, data-driven progress reporting, proactive macro-risk visibility, and complex technical dependency management across the global engagement lifecycle.
C-Suite & Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders. Drive alignment across global organizations through executive communication, steering committees, and proactive escalation management.
Quality Governance & Institutional Excellence: Design and enforce delivery governance, engineering standards, and quality benchmarks. Implement quality checkpoints to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Strategic Resource & Capital Optimization: Orchestrate and optimize multi-shore resource demand planning, manage complex program budgets, accurate forecasts, and financial reconciliation while engineering mitigation strategies for structural delivery risks.
Global Synchronisation & Timezone Flexibility: Maintain the structural timezone flexibility required to ensure seamless synchronisation, seamless governance, and executive support across global delivery regions (AMER/EMEA/APAC).
Requirements
Must Have:
15+ years of total experience in the IT consulting/services industry, with 8+ years of dedicated experience leading complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Proven track record managing multi-cloud, highly integrated Salesforce transformations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or specialised Industry Clouds.
Advanced, practical proficiency with AI-augmented productivity suites and LLMs (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) alongside a clear, actionable vision for applying an Agentic Delivery approach to project tracking, documentation, and risk forecasting.
Deep, authoritative understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem architecture and delivery lifecycle, with a demonstrated history of collaborating with Enterprise Architects and Technical Leads to map technical scope to business outcomes (hands-on configuration is not required).
Stellar executive presence with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and assertively with C-suite executives, global sponsors, and enterprise steering committees.

Advanced Project / Scaled Agile Management Certification (at least one):
PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Senior Scrum Master credentials (CSM, PSM II).
Expert-level command over modern enterprise project management, portfolio tracking, and collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, Smart sheet, and Google Workspace.
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally or domestically on a need basis.
Desirable / Nice to Have:
Extensive experience delivering localised or global Salesforce transformations within highly regulated sectors: Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS), Financial Services (Fins), or Consumer Goods / Retail Cloud.
Strong functional awareness of data streaming and mid-tier enterprise connectivity strategies, including MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Cloud, and real-time, event-driven architectures.
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or Legend certifications, with a proven playbook for managing and delivering Agentforce-enabled autonomous AI agent work-streams.
