What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a strong focus on net new business
  • Build and grow a sales pipeline through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and market intelligence — working closely with your team to drive customer success
  • Develop deep knowledge of your accounts to identify expansion opportunities alongside existing customers
  • Position Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions through value-based selling — think ROI analysis, business case development, and competitor differentiation
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Partners, and Executives to deliver the best outcome for your customers
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Build lasting relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings

What We're Looking For

  • A track record of hitting and exceeding quota — in B2B technology sales, ideally SaaS or MarTech
  • Proven success in new business development (you love hunting)
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to navigate complex deals
  • Confident communicator who builds credibility quickly — with customers and internally
  • Experience with value-based or ROI-driven selling
  • We evaluate experience holistically — leadership outside work, military service, volunteer experience, and non-traditional paths are all considered
