Senior Account Partner – Enterprise Banking

This is a high-impact role within the growing Enterprise Banking team, focused on Tier 1 enterprise banking accounts. You will own and grow strategic relationships across a defined portfolio of major UK banks, driving digital transformation initiatives and long-term customer value through Salesforce solutions.

About the Team

You will be part of a specialist Regulated Industries team covering Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Life Sciences, and Ireland. The team is lean, high-performing, and highly collaborative, consisting of five members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and expand executive relationships across Tier 1 banking clients, acting as a trusted advisor at C-level
  • Drive strategic account planning and execution to deliver sustained revenue growth
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large enterprise environments
  • Position Salesforce solutions as a driver of business transformation across people, process, and technology
  • Collaborate closely with license sales, Professional Services, and wider internal teams to deliver integrated customer outcomes
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain consistent overachievement of sales targets and pipeline growth

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, account management, or consulting
  • Strong background in consulting and/or professional services
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, CRM, data, and AI
  • Experience working within Financial Services, ideally Banking
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with a customer-centric, value-led mindset
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation and lead cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce platform knowledge and certifications are advantageous
