The Experience

The Named Account Executive, Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), is part of our Enterprise Sales team in Switzerland. In this role, you will own a strategic portfolio of accounts in the luxury industry — one of Salesforce's most significant global segments — building deep executive relationships and driving growth across our full product portfolio.

We are looking for a Named Account Executive who brings proven enterprise sales expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across national and international environments.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Build, co-own, and execute comprehensive account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential and develop long-term strategic partnerships with key customers.

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — identifying new business opportunities and presenting the value of Salesforce's full suite of cloud services to C-level executives and operational decision makers.

  • Collaborate closely with a team of Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Salesforce executives to drive opportunities through to close and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately while continuously identifying new senior relationships and business opportunities within existing accounts.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have a solid track record of solution selling within a global or strategic account setting, with the ability to map out and execute complex account plans.

  • You are skilled at building and nurturing C-level relationships, with experience negotiating complex deals and terms across large enterprise environments.

  • You are comfortable leading and motivating cross-functional teams who do not report directly to you, and you thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced organisation.

  • You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written) and can engage confidently across all levels of an organisation.

Even Better If...

  • You have direct experience selling into the luxury, retail, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

  • You have experience positioning both application and platform solutions, with familiarity across the broader Salesforce product portfolio.
