We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to co-lead one of our largest, most exciting global sports and lifestyle brand customers, headquartered in Germany. Operating as a dedicated co-lead on this massive single account, you do not just sell software; you shape the global digital transformation of a cultural icon.
Your Role: The Strategic Quarterback:
While our Specialist AEs own specific product domains, you own the holistic customer relationship and the overarching account vision.
Drive the Vision: You partner closely with your Co-Account Executive to define and execute a comprehensive, multi-year strategy for this complex global account. You balance short-term delivery with a long-term strategic roadmap.
Engage the C-Suite: You act as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers. You evangelize AI-powered solutions (Customer 360, Agentforce) through strategic, value-based selling and compelling Points of View (POVs).
Orchestrate the Matrix: You lead a massive virtual team. You align Specialist AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Global System Integrators (GSIs) to ensure one unified Salesforce vision and a seamless customer experience.
Deliver the Value: You translate deep industry trends into tangible business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic workshops that empower the customer to achieve their global business objectives.
Who You Are: We hire for potential, strategic vision, and expertise. For this unique single-account setup, we are looking for one of these three profiles:
The Enterprise SaaS Seller: You have a consistent track record of selling highly complex, multi-national enterprise software solutions. You know how to navigate global buying groups and have a strong affinity for the retail, apparel, or consumer goods industry.
The Strategy Consultant: You come from a top-tier management consulting or strategy firm. You know the sports and retail industry inside out, excel at designing C-level transformation roadmaps, and now want to translate your strategic vision into commercial success on the vendor side.
The Industry Practitioner: You have lived and breathed transformation from the inside of a major global sports, lifestyle, or retail brand. You have driven Customer Experience (CX) or digital transformation projects on the client side, understand the internal dynamics of a global retailer, and are ready to bring that insider perspective to Salesforce.
