The Global Pipeline Programs team, a part of the Global GTM, Programs, Planning, and Ops team is looking for a Manager responsible for data analytics & insights, program design & management and driving executive stakeholder relationships. The role will collaborate with OU Sales Program Manager (SPM) teams globally, and will be based in the Europe. This person will:

  • Conduct weekly & quarterly executive pipeline reporting for program results

  • Support with executive-level asks to assess & inspect pipeline program impact for defined parameters

  • Leverage existing data (dashboards, reports) to conduct deeper analyses, inspecting positive and negative drivers of programs performance, in order to identify trends & drivers of overall results

  • Provide performance summaries to regional Program teams, with recommended areas for them to focus on based on trends & insights

  • Present program results in regular SteerCos & Leadership forums

  • Help manage the global SPM NNAOV strategy

  • Partner with global Customer Success teams to plan, execute, and track programs impacting customer health and adoption

  • Innovate results reporting to utilize AI to automate regular, manual tasks

Sales Programs is an operational function at Salesforce that works directly with our Sales Teams to ensure they are always targeting the right areas to sell in to. We help to get our Sales Teams to sell smarter and more effectively, using data as a basis for all our decisions. We use our expertise and Business Intelligence tools to ensure our different Products and Regions are always reaching their full potential.

This role requires strong project management, business acumen, problem solving, organization & prioritization skills. You will be expected to support sales success by collaborating across stakeholder groups to innovate, design, scale & manage global repeatable processes & projects, and reporting on success metrics to demonstrate pipeline impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Global pipeline program results reporting & impact tracking

  • Build & define optimal reporting cadences & communication strategies for pipeline inspection

  • Prioritize & project manage key standard processes & programs

  • Visualize data & insights for senior-level audience

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders including Global Strategy team, dashboard owners to ensure consistent measurement of key business metrics

  • Plan, execute, and track programs impacting NNAOV

  • Design global SPM guidance around NNAOV

  • Quarterly analysis on global program reach

Required Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Programs or Sales/Product Strategy

  • Experience launching & designing repeatable business processes and/or sales programs, aligned to business priorities. Being responsible for new tools, materials or processes

  • Experience conducting data analyses to identify factors that had a positive/negative business impact

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides & Salesforce tools required
